About the project
Villa Dimitris is located in sunny Limassol, the windows offer beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The house is designed for a family with children, so the space should be comfortable for everyone. Another key point is that the project had to be implemented based on the structure that the previous architect had made.
Architecture
We left the basis, but partially modified it, cut the windows and assembled the whole structure. From several finishing options, we settled on Belgian brick — it gave the right shade, a beige ocher color that doesn’t stand out from the architectural style of the island. The brick will not show the dust from the storms that often happen in Cyprus.
Added pergolas, flower beds for greenery which knits on the facades. So the villa sparkled with new colors.
Interior Design
We decided to focus on the views from the windows and move the bedroom to the fourth floor. This will also allow retiring in a big family. We have thought of the details so that every member wants to return home and spend time here.
The color scheme of the interior is light with dark accents. A marble working table and a fireplace area, a dark oak kitchen — accents make the interior stylish and sophisticated, but at the same time restrained and aristocratic.
